Cameron Cody
Cameron “Cam” Cody is an internationally recognized concert artist, conductor, and organist from Warner Robins, Georgia. He began piano studies at the age of three and currently serves as Director of Music and Principal Organist at Chapelwood United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas, home to a nationally recognized music ministry serving a 7,000-member congregation. Cameron also maintains a substantial global online following, engaging thousands each week through performances that celebrate sacred music and the enduring hymn tradition.
Uniquely endorsed by both Shigeru Kawai Pianos and the Allen Organ Company, Cameron is the only known artist to hold endorsements from both a major piano and organ manufacturer. He considers the Shigeru Kawai Concert Grand the pinnacle of piano craftsmanship.
Cameron studied piano performance and organ at the collegiate level and has served as accompanist for ACDA, All-State, TMEA, GMEA, and numerous distinguished choral programs. He is an active member of ACDA, TMEA, and the American Guild of Organists, and has served in leadership roles including the Houston Choristers Guild.
An avid touring artist, Cameron has appeared in concert halls across the United States and abroad, presenting programs spanning Gospel, Broadway, and classical piano and organ repertoire. He has performed at Carnegie Hall multiple times, including two appearances collaborating with composer Heather Sorenson, with Cameron at the piano. His collaborations include gospel artist Tiffany Coburn, and his recordings feature arrangements by Grammy Award-winning composer David T. Clydesdale, including a recent project with The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. In April 2026, Cameron will film a special project with Paula Deen centered on timeless hymns and Southern stories.
At the heart of Cameron’s work is the Chapelwood United Methodist Church Choir, an internationally followed ensemble known for its expressive and inspiring performances. Under his leadership, the choir tours nationally and internationally. Cameron is also the creator of Carols and Keyboards—a signature concert event featuring four concert grand pianos, organ, and choir—and the founder of the Cameron Cody Chorale, an elite ensemble of Houston vocalists advancing Chapelwood’s musical outreach.
